Click the “Update Labels” button present in the “Mailings” tab.

 

This adds the <> sign to each record.
Click the “Preview Results” button.

 

This gives us all records in the same manner as they are printed on the labels.
You can further edit these labels, but that is covered in the “Word 2010” course.

 

If everything is ok, click the “Finish & Merge” button and select the “Edit Individual Documents” option.

 

In the next window select “All”, if you want to print all records, and then click “OK”.

 

The “Word” document that we have just created is automatically named “Label1”.

 

If you want to print this document, select the “Print” option in the “File” menu.
