15.4. Ordering “Tags”:

You can change the default ordering of the “Tags” in the List. You can use this option to view your favorite “Tags” in the list or to assign a keyboard shortcut. The first nine “Tags” in the list are automatically assigned a keyboard shortcut. How do we do this?

Use the arrow keys which are at the right side of the “Customize Tags” menu, to re-order the list of “Tags”. The codes or shortcut keys remain the same whereas the order changes.
First select the “Tag” which you want placed at the top.
Then keep the up-arrow button pressed, till the selected “Tag” reaches the top.

15.5. Searching for Highlighted Notes:

To create an overview of your tagged paragraphs, do as follows:

Click the “Find Tags” button on the “Home” tab of the “Ribbon”.

The “Tags Summary” task pane opens.

You now have to choose an option from the “Group tags By” drop-down list. Select the “Section”option when you want to view the “Tags” for each “Section”. Select the option “Title” if you want to view the “Tags” on each page. If you want to view the “Tags” used on a particular day, select the“Date” option.

In the “Search” tab you can specify the scope of the current search by selecting any one of the options such as “Current notebook”, “All open notebooks”, etc. You must click the “Refresh results” button after every change in the selection of the scope while searching.

To go to a tagged paragraph in your search results, just click on that particular search result in the task pane.

You can go straight to a relevant paragraph in “OneNote”. Generating a “Summary page” is also quite useful. The search results are displayed in a “OneNote” page which is included in the current “Section”.

Click on the “Create Summary Page” button in the “Tags Summary” task pane.

You will get the following result.
