Multiple “Calendars”:

If you have Outlook installed, you will have a “Calendar” application(1).
To open this application you can click the “Calendar” (2) button in the “Navigation pane”.

With the help of the “Arrange” buttons in the “Ribbon” (3), you can change the dates displayed on the task pane. You can use the buttons found in the “Go to” section of the “Ribbon”(4), to navigate between the different dates.
Depending on the selected display arrangement, you can navigate between several days, weeks or months.

For a second calendar, right-click on the existing calendar in the “Navigation pane”, and select the “New Calendar” option from the pop-up menu that appears. In the window that opens, give your calendar a name, and then click “OK”.

Note that the “Calendar” folder is selected.

The second “Calendar” is now added to the “Navigation pane”(1).

Only one “Calendar” is currently open. If you want both these calendars open, select the checkbox for the newly created calendar(2).

In order to delete a calendar right-click on it and select the “Delete Calendar” option from the pop-up menu.

Note: When you delete a calendar, all appointments and tasks in this “Calendar” are also deleted.

To change the name of a “Calendar”, right-click on the “Calendar” and select the “Rename Calendar” option

To change the color of a “Calendar”, right-click on it and select the “Color” option.

The standard “Calendar” can not be deleted or renamed. You can only hide it, just like any other “Calendar”.
Right-click on it and select “Hide This Calendar”, or select the “Calendar’s” checkbox.

Set Working hours:

I’m sure that not everyone has the same working hours and days.

This can be set in the bachground view of “Outlook”.

Click the “File” button in the menu bar and then click “Options”.
This opens the “Options” tab in “Outlook”. Select the “Calendar” tab.
Here we can set our work hours, and our work week. I think that these options are clear.
Click the “OK” button when you’ve selected what you want.

Awesome!
