This is a variation of the previous lesson where we only change the text effects.

New show

• Create a new show titled “Show 30_Party”. Click [File]> [New show] and change the title in the Show Title box to “Show 30_Party” and retain the aspect ratio at 4:3. Click [Create].

Title Slide

• Create a title slide by right clicking the slide list and selecting [Insert] and then [Title Slide].

Text type

• The [Captions]> [Caption Settings] tab has the following settings for the text: Enter “PARTY” in the text box

[Font] = impact,
[Size] = 102,
[Color] = red
[Text Effects]

• [Fly in] = pan up,
  [Normal] = none,
  [Fly out] = curling

[Outline] selected and in white.

Duplicating the text layer

• Duplicate the text layer “PARTY” 3 times. To do this, right click on the layer 1 and select [Duplicate Layer]. This also copies all the settings of layer 1.

Text Color Adjustment

• Change the [Color] for each additional text layer, using yellow, green and blue successively.

Show preserve

• Save this project by clicking the [File]> [Save As] button on the toolbar, selecting the appropriate folder using the explorer and if necessary changing the filename.
