What are Accelerators and how do we use them?

“Accelerators” are not what you think they are.

When one talks about Accelerators, one immediately thinks about “speed boost”.

Will the speed of your browser become faster by using the option “Accelerators”?

No, this is not true.

With the option “Accelerators” you will work faster.

How?

With the help of just one click you will be able to carry out different actions

Accelerators can help us translate texts, search, determine locations, and so much more.

To make use of accelerators highlight the text on the page (1).

Next use a accelerator icon (2).

When you click on this icon, it displays a list of the different accelerators installed on your computer.

All this seem to be quite clear, but if this is not the case, then keep trying and eventually you will get it.

If you want to install more Accelerators, click the “Find More Accelerators”.

This opens the Internet Explorer Gallery page where all accelerators are shown (1).

If you want to search for a particular item of Accelerator, enter a keyword in the search box above (2), and click the magnifying glass icon.

If you want to install an Accelerator, click in the list (3).

This opens the page where you can install this.

Click the “Add to Internet Explorer” button (1), and click “Add” (2) In the dialog box that appears.

The next time you open the list of accelerators again, you will see that it is added to the list.

To remove an Accelerator, click “Manage Accelerators” in the list.

In the dialog that appears select the accelerator you want to remove, and you click the “Remove” button.
