Multiple calendars

If you have multiple calendars in Outlook 2007, for example yours and your wife’s. We have the option to open both in overlay mode.
This makes it easy to compare the two schedules.

In the navigation pane under “My Calendars” select the calendars you want to compare. This can be done by checking the box next to the name of the calendar.

When all calendars are open, click the left pointing arrow at the top of the calendar.

This gives both calendars in overlay mode. In other words, this puts one calendar over another, where the data from the first calendar is shown in a light transparent display and the data from the second calendar is shown in ‘normal’ display.

In Overlay mode, we can view the calendar by day, week, and month.
To return to “Tile” mode, click again on the arrow pointing right on the calendar.
In order to delete a calendar from view, click again on the check box in the navigation pane. But I think you already figured it out.
