“Print Preview” (“Print Preview”)

To “Print” our “Worksheets”, we first enter in the “Page Setup” dialog box. (See previous lesson)

Once that’s done, let us have another look at how our “Spreadsheet” will look like when it prints.

For that we once again click the “Print Preview” button, in the ” Standard tollbar”.

In “Print Preview”, we can really see how our “Spreadsheet” will look like when it prints.

Here also we have a menu, with which we can navigate between the pages, zoom in or out, print, Setup (where we can change our selections), “Margins” (which we still can edit), “Page Break Preview”, close and help.

Printing worksheets

If you want a printout of your “Spreadsheet”, you click the “Print” button, in the “Standard toolbar”.

When we have to print multiple copies or pritn only certain pages, we choose “File” from the menu bar and choose “Print “.

In the dialog that appears, we can enter our choices.

For example, choice of printer, all pages or just a selection… etc.

Click OK when you are satisfied.

Awesome!
