Adding a Link to Menu (2):

When the “New” button is clicked in the “Menu Item Manager”, a list of menu items is displayed from which we can select any one.
We want an article to be added to a menu item, so we click “Articles” (1).
This gives us several options to display items in “Joomla”.
Select the “Article Layout” (2) option.

In the next window, enter a title for the link (1). “Personnel” seems to be the obvious one for this example.
Next we need to create a link to the article.
Click on the “Select” button (2).
In the window that opens, click on the article to which you want to create a link (3) which is the article “Personnel”, in this example.
Click on the “Save” button (4).

In the “Menu Item Manager” window, you will see that the menu item is added.

When we look at the result in the frontend of “Joomla”, we see that the new link is added to the menu.
Do not forget to click the “Refresh” button in your browser.
If you click this link, it brings you to the “Personnel” page (2).
