A “Template”

To open a document, actually called a “publication”, we need to create a “Template”.
To do this, we return to the welcome window.

Just click on the “File” button in the menu bar and select “New” in the drop-down menu.
Select the type of publication from the column on the left.
Select the “Template” from the options displayed in the middle portion of the window, which you want to use to create a publication.

Click on the “Business information” check box to enter your data.

In the dialog box that appears, give the required information, and click the “Add Logo” button. Navigate to the logo on your computer, that you want to add, select it and click the OK button.
Give a name to the business information set, and click on the “Save” button.

This may take up a lot of time, but you can save a lot of time later.

At the bottom of the welcome screen, on the right, you have the option of changing the color and font schemes.
Just click on the arrow pointing downwards, and make a choice.

If you do not find a good color combination, click on the “Create New ” option from the “Color Scheme” drop-down menu.

Select the colors in the “Create New Color Scheme” dialog box.

When the colors are set, give this color scheme a name, and click on the “Save” button.

Immediately, you will be shown an example with the entered data and the logo.
You still have the option of changing the “Template”. All “Templates” are automatically populated with the data set and the logo.

If you want to change the company, click the “Edit” button in the menu bar and select “Organization name” from the drop-down menu.
If you are satisfied, click the “Create” button.

Even after clicking the “Create” button, we can still change the “Template” and the other features such as the color, font and company info change.

Awesome!
