Text on a path

To place text on a path, we need a path and a text.

We already have the text, so I will draw a path.
Select the “Create Paths” tool in the toolbox and draw a path in the image.

Then select the “Text” tool (1), select the layer with the text (2), and then click the text in the image so that it is selected (3).
Click the “Text along path” button in the tool bar options (4).
This places an alignment of the text along the path (5).

Then select the “Paths” dialog and select the path with the text (1).
Then click the “Path from text” button (2)

Then we return to the “Layers” section and click the “New Layer” button (1).
Note that this layer has a transparent background.
Then select the “Bucket” tool (2) and enter the foreground color for the selection (3).

Now you may delete all excess layers and paths, now that we no longer need them.

Awesome!
