Changing Shape of comment

Select the comment for which you want to change the shape.
To do this you need to select the “Change Shape” in the “Quick Access” toolbar.

Click the downward pointing arrow next to the toolbar, and choose “More Commands …” from the drop-down menu.
In the dialog that appears, choose “All Commands” from the top box.
Select “Change Shape” from the list and click “Add” button. Click Ok.

The “Change Shape” button is added to the “Quick Access” toolbar.
First select the comment, then click the “Change Shape” button.
From the drop-down menu choose the shape you want.

The shape of the comment is changed only for the comment that was selected and not for other comments.

Printing Comments

We have two ways to print comments.
You can print the comments on the worksheet, or you can print the comments at the end of the worksheet.
To print the comments they must be displayed.
So, first click the “Show All Comments” button in the “Review” tab of the Ribbon.

Then choose the “Page Layout” tab in the ribbon, and click the arrow to the bottom right in the “Page Setup”.

This opens the “Page Setup” dialog.

Choose the “Sheet” tab.
And click the downward pointing arrow next to the “Comments”box.

From the drop-down menus make the choice between the two options:
“At the end of the sheet” or “As displayed on the sheet.”
Both choices seem to be clear.
Click the “Print Preview” button .
