Using layers you can get a colorful and exploding effect even if your text consists of a single word.

New show

• Create a new show titled “Show 29_Party”. Click [File]> [New show] and change the title in the Show Title box to “Show 29_Party” and retain the aspect ratio at 4:3. Click [Create].

Title Slide

• Create a title slide by right clicking the slide list and selecting [Insert] and then [Title Slide].

Text type

• The [Captions]> [Caption Settings] tab has the following settings for the text, namely font, size, color, text effects: i.e, normal, fly-out and fly-in.

  

Duplicating the text layer

• Duplicate the text layer “PARTY” 3 times. To do this, right click on the layer 1 and select [Duplicate Layer]. This also copies all the settings of layer 1.

Text Color Adjustment

• Change the [Color] for each additional text layer, using yellow, green and blue successively.

Saving the Show

• Save this project by clicking the [File]> [Save As] button on the toolbar, selecting the appropriate folder using the explorer and if necessary changing the filename.
