Perspective Cropping

It is very easy to crop a picture taken in perspective, in Photoshop.
As an example, I have taken the below photograph in a museum.

Select the “crop” tool in the Toolbox.
Click the “Clear” button on the top right of the window, we wish no settings in Width and Height.

Click and drag over the photo to a base mark in the photo.

Check the “Perspective” box.
Alternatively you can enter a color in the “Shield Color” box, to make it a little easier to work.
Click and drag the corners of the marker to select the part of the picture that we want to crop.
Click the Enter key on your keyboard when you are satisfied.

Not bad, but it looks a bit stretched.
How do we solve this problem?
Click “Image” – “Image Size” in the menu bar.
This opens the dialog “Image Size”:

Uncheck the box “Constrain Proportions” as we do not want the proportions of our image to be preserved.
We change the Height in “percent” and give 80 in the value.
Click OK.

This looks a lot better.

Awesome!
