Lesson 78: Vanishing Point (1) (Vanishing Point)

Introduction

Click “Filter” – “Vanishing Point” in the menu bar to open the dialog box.
The “Create Plane Tool” button will automatically be selected.
Click in the four corners of the wall.

When all four corners are clicked, the Vanishing grid appears with a blue color.
If it has a yellow color, Photoshop will still try to make the best use of it, but when it is in the red color, it is hopeless.
Click and drag a box in a corner, until the grid is displayed in the blue color.
Only when you have a good first grid drawn, you can proceed with the second wall.

This is hopeless, click and drag the pieces until you have a blue grid.

For the second wall with the grid, click and drag with the Ctrl button pressed on the adjacent wall. Do the same for the third wall.

To provide a grid to the floor, click and drag the block in the middle of the lower line, in the first grating.
Obviously you only need grid on the walls where you want to add a picture in perspective.

When all the walls are lined with a grid, click the OK button.
Tip: make your first grid well, Photoshop bases all other grids on your first.
