Image scaling and rotation (Rotate and Scale)

In this lesson we will use the below four images, to make this a composite photo.

To begin, we open up the image of the computer and the dial.
Select the “Move” Tool, click and drag the dial into the image with the computer.

As you notice, the face of our dial is a bit big, so we need to slightly modify the size of that.
To change the dimensions of our dial, we hold the Shift key on your keyboard pressed while clicking and dragging with a block in one of the four corners of the dial. If we do not hold the Shift key down, the height and width are not adjusted proportionally.
Give the layer a more appropriate name.
And if we give mode “Darken”.

Open the image with the pointer.
Click and drag the pointer image into the already complex picture.
Click and drag the cursor to the corners until you’ve reached the right size.
If you wish to rotate your pointer, hold the mouse pointer outside the bounding box until it changes into a double curved arrow and drag it into position.
For the rotation of the pointer, drag the center to your desired location.

We repeat this for a second hand. We have just two hands, one large and one small, in a clock.
Enter a more appropriate name for the two new layers.
Create another new layer, this time to accentuate to the center of the clock.
We give a more appropriate name to this layer also.
We give the “Drop Shadow” effect to the three new layers, everything to give a more realistic view.

And finally we open the image with our frame and click and drag it into our composite picture.
We adjust the dimensions by clicking and dragging on the corners.
Give the layer the “Color Dodge” mode and also give it a more appropriate name.

Our first composite picture was born.
Save it in “.psd” format, you will retain the various layers and you can still get them if you wish to change later.
